It’s here, and like we thought last week, we have a new Karazhan adventure mode with a little bit of a disco party twist. One Night in Karazhan is your next Hearthstone adventure mode with 45 new cards, 13 new bosses, 4 wings, and it will be releasing on Thursday August 11th. If you’re buying it with cash it will cost you $19.99 for the full adventure mode or $6.99 per individual wing. Buying it with gold will cost you 700 gold per wing. Fact Sheet One Night in Karazhan, the next Hearthstone Adventure, is a groovy collection of single-player missions that invites players to party in Karazhan, the mage Medivh’s magnificent tower. Lavish feasts, Opera performances, and more await all guests at what promises to be the greatest party in Azeroth! However, when players arrive to the party, they’ll discover that Medivh has gone missing, and in his absence,

In a little over 24 hours Blizzard will be announcing their next adventure in Hearthstone. We have pointed out that it is likely an adventure mode based on Karazhan. Up until today, it was just a registered parked domain on GoDaddy. You can see more about this in the Disguised Toast video he released last week However, today, that all changed. The website now gives a 403 error Forbidden. This means it no longer allows public access and once Blizzard announces the new expansion this will be removed. This happens on all past Blizzard domain names with their new games. Furthermore, if you do a whois search for Karazhan.com you will come up with the name server NS-EAST.CERF.NET which has an A record that points to the IP address of 24.105.29.30. I’ll try to spare you the truly technical details but this means the DNS record for karazhan.com is pointing to that

New Announcement Coming July 28th

by JR Cook on

The Hearthstone team just sent out an invite to an event that will be streamed on July 28th, and with it presumably the announcement for the next adventure mode (especially considering the invite literally says they have an unforgettable adventure planned). We have our thoughts that Karazhan will be announced and it looks like a week from Thursday we’ll find out if we’re correct. The event will be streamed at http://twitch.tv/playhearthstone on July 28th at 11:00 PM PDT. The email we received said it’s coming to ChinaJoy so might be the reason for the late time frame. Yes, it says PM and not AM.

Last week I wrote a post about a supposed leak from a Chinese individual who predicted Morgl the Oracle correctly that the next Hearthstone adventure would be a WoW raid with 3 Chinese symbols. The 3 that were broken down to match that was Karazhan, Terrace of Endless Springs, and Ulduar. I had made an argument that a Pandaria expansion seemed possible since we still haven’t seen the datamined Halfhill card find it’s way in the game yet and I figured it might have something to do with the next expansion. However, yesterday has changed my mind. Yesterday, winners of the Fireside Gathering at the University of California, Irvine received a golden ticket. They received an invitation to an upcoming event with no date or time associated with it yet. The invite says “You are cordially invited to a most majestic, marvelous, magical event, the likes of which have never

The professional Asian team Celstial created a post on Facebook that says Chinese media Iplaymtg revealed that the next Hearthstone adventure mode will be themed after a WoW raid that has a name with exactly three Chinese characters. Reddit poster /u/czhihong made a post that the reason this source is credible is because the same person also revealed a couple days ago that the new Shaman hero was coming through a Recruit a Friend feature, which was released yesterday. Iplaymtg(旅法师营地, a Chinese media) reveals today that…https://t.co/vuMw5OLE71 pic.twitter.com/m6Ifl3VOMZ — Team Celestial (@CelestialSinn) July 13, 2016 Czihong also notes that there are really only 4 raids that have 3 characters with their full names and they are: Highmaul Terrace of Endless Springs Ulduar Karazhan The popular theory seems to lean toward Karazhan since it’s a beloved raid and has tie ins with the recently released Warcraft movie and even the upcoming

A new patch is ready to download as Patch 5.2.0 is available once the servers come back up. The big news of this patch is the new Recruit a Friend feature where you can recruit a friend to the game and if they get to level 20 across all characters, then you get a new Shaman hero, Morgl the Oracle. You’ll also receive free classic pack for each friend you recruit (up to 5 total). You can read the full patch notes below:

Amazon is currently offering up to 15% off on Amazon coin. If you’re looking at buying Whispers of the Old Gods packs with real money, this is easily the best deal to get the most packs for your money. I use it for every expansion and have saved a lot of money myself by using this method. 10,000 coins when all spent on packs including the coin back will net you 87 packs for $90 ($1.03 per pack) 50,000 coins when all spent on packs will net you 500 packs for $425 (85 cents per pack). Cheapest you can get them straight from Blizzard is around $1.17 per pack. There are a few quirks to doing this. You have to use an Android mobile device or use an Android emulator (good tutorial here on how to use one). Using an Android emulator is 100% safe to use and is not against
