In this compendium you will find competitive decks on a budget. A budget deck should not exceed 2400 dust in our opinion and consist of a lot of Basic or Classic cards. We will provide you with one or two upgrade ideas to the decks to give you an idea on how to improve the decks as well as the full blown version to see all the substitutes.
