Monster Hunt Single Player Content Launches Next Week

by - 6 years ago

This morning, Dave Kosak and the Mission Design Team reminded us that Monster Hunt is launching next week, on April 26th and, on top of that, gave us a preview of what the mode has in store for us. They previewed some of the new Monster Hunt heroes’ hero powers and announced that each hero will also get hero-specific loot on their respective hunts.

A few more details:

  • The Monster Hunt will have over 45 unique bosses, including hero-specific “nemesis” fights (it appears and is implied from the term, but was not specifically stated, that there is one nemesis fight per hero).
  • Some of the old, fan-favorite treasures are returning from the Dungeon Run, but most are brand new. Some bosses will drop boss-specific, unique treasures.
  • When you defeat the normal Monster Hunt with all four heroes, you will unlock the final final battle with Hagatha, the Witch.

Check out the entire video to see it all in action, and happy hunting!
