Tavern v. Tavern Round 1 Rules

As we reported a couple weeks ago the upcoming Tavern v. Tavern event is slated to be a fun community event with unique deckbuilding challenges at each stage.

The first stage of the tournament is scheduled to commence on September 9th, and competitors have just received their first set of challenges. Teams will have to build standard decks, without any epics or legendaries.

Note: The rules email is ambiguous as to whether players are required to bring all nine classes. It seems safe to assume so, but I have reached out to Hearthstone Esports for confirmation and will update if I hear back from them.

The players have one week to build and submit their decks. Comment below with the archetypes you think will be best, and check the Hearthstone Fireside Gatherings directory to learn where you can cheer on your local team.
