EU Experiencing Problems to Connect You To Your Game – Patch Is in the Works!

EU players like me have been unable to play a good portion of the time over the last 48 hours. At first, it seemed to be limited to Mac and iOS, but I encountered the same problem on my windows PC. The message “oops! we were unable to connect you to your game” plagued a big number of players. For me it happened only on evenings, not early in the morning. Yong Woo told me via twitter, that Blizzard is working on a patch right now:
there is a temporary work around of switching your DNS server, but we are also working on a fix right now!

First and foremost, sorry I spelled Hearthstone wrong in my rush (Herthstone), LUL. Anyway, there is a work-around by changing your DNS. Zeriyah mentioned this in a reddit post:

We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. As a workaround, changing your DNS to Google DNS should help with this issue. Additional updates on this issue can be found here.
