Hearthstone Reddit AMA Today with Ben Brode, Yong Woo, and Christina Sims

by - 9 years ago

About an hour from this post the first Hearthstone Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) will go live. You can hop on there and ask your questions regarding Hearthstone and Goblins vs. Gnomes.

On hand to answer your questions will be senior game designer Ben Brode, producer Yong Woo, and Community Manager Christina Sims.

The AMA will start at 2 PM PST and last until 4 PM PST. The thread will open up about a half hour before it begins.

If you want to participate head over to /r/hearthstone and check out this thread for more details:

Greetings, travelers!

We are thrilled to announce that representatives from Blizzard will be conducting an AMA hosted in this subreddit on Monday the 15th, from 2–4pm PST (22:00 15 Dec – 00:00 16 Dec UTC). On hand we’ll have Senior Game Designer Ben Brode, Producer Yong Woo, and Community Manager Christina Sims to answer your burning questions. You can find the full details in the Blizzard Announcement. Please note, this is only an announcement. Questions should be posted in the actual AMA on Monday. The thread will be up ~30 minutes beforehand. I’d definitely recommend thinking about your questions ahead of time to get them posted early!

As this is the first ever Blizzard AMA for Hearthstone, we’d like to lay down some ground rules. Commenters will be expected to follow the regular subreddit rules as well as reddiquette. Keep the tone civil and respectful. As a reminder, memes and Twitch spam are not allowed. Disruptive comments will be removed and the users banned for the duration of the event.

We certainly hope you guys will take the time from now until Monday to prepare some great questions! Keep in mind that some topics have been addressed in Tweets or at BlizzCon. We urge you to use the search feature on the subreddit to check if your question has been answered already. Our hope is that, if this is successful, there could be more AMAs in the future.

Finally, a huge thanks to /u/CM_Zeriyah for listening to our request and organizing this! An AMA would not be possible without her efforts.

Cheers,

/r/Hearthstone Mod Team
