The Random is Strong with this new Shaman Card

Randomness has been a huge theme in Goblins vs. Gnomes, so it’s unlikely that many people were surprised when Gosugamers revealed this new Shaman Card. Not only does this card go well with the overall randomness of GvG, but it also follows two already established Shaman mechanics.

Sure, the range in Crackle is way wider than the one on Lightning Storm but that’s just GvG turning the RNG-factor up to eleven.

For just two mana and 1 overload, Crackle has the potential to kill Yeti’s, Highmanes, and a bunch of high cost cards. The problem is that it also has a chance of failing to kill the Armorsmith’s of the world.

In all, Crackle is a pretty interesting card which could end up seeing some play. At worst its a Lightning Bolt that costs two extra mana, but if you get blessed by the RNG it can be way better than a Lava Burst.

What role do you see Crackle playing in Shaman Decks? Let us know using the comment section.

In the worst case it’s a lightning bolt that costs 1 extra mana (not 2)!
