Yes, as of September 30th, 11:59 PDT, the Arachnid Quarter will officially cost just as much as any of the other wings to unlock. If you were thinking about start a free-to-play account in another region, for instance, I would get started on that today in order to take advantage of saving 700 gold. The Curse of Naxxramas launch event is ending soon! This means you have until September 30 at 11:59 p.m. PDT to log in to Hearthstone and unlock the Arachnid Quarter for free. If you haven’t experienced all of the creepy-crawly fun of The Arachnid Quarter, now is a great time to skitter into Curse of Naxxramas: A Hearthstone Adventure. Emerge from the wing victorious and you’ll earn new (web-covered) cards for your Hearthstone collection!

Players who begin their adventures in Naxxramas right now gain free access to the Arachnid Quarter permanently. Starting on October 1, players who have not yet stepped foot into The Arachnid Quarter will have the option of accessing the Arachnid Quarter for gold or real money.
