Plague Quarter Issues Hotfixed

In our ongoing coverage of the issues players have been experiencing with attempting to unlock the Plague Quarter, it looks like salvation may be at hand. A hotfix was applied overnight that should resolve a majority of issues with gaining access, but the fine folks over at Blizzard are still keeping an eye on the situation and doing their best to expediently resolve any remaining problems. Hopefully, this hotfix solves the issue for most of you, but rest assured that we will continue to bring you updates as they become available.
Hey all, wanted to provide what information I have for the evening. Our technicians are still working on various issues through the night, but I don’t anticipate having any additional information in the near future so this will likely be the last update until tomorrow morning.
The Hotfix to address the purchases getting stuck is now effective on all regions and we have been monitoring them for a bit. The process appears to be moving transactions along more smoothly, however the issue with wings not being unlocked immediately following some purchases is still impacting players.
To clarify on this, Queued status is the state purchases go through once funds are requested from the financial institution (or game services in cases of gold)’ and once finalized are considered completed. Purchases may be available during this time, but if your order changes to completed and the wing is still not available, your purchase is impacted by the still-ongoing issue. Once resolved, the wing will be applied to your account as it should be.
Note that not all purchases are impacted, but if your purchase mirrors the above description know that we are working hard to tackle these issues.

By the time my order is done being authorized, the next wing will be out already, and I’ll have to go through the same crap again.

My NA account has been stuck with the “Waiting for Authorization” message when visiting the shop, since Wednesday. Currently, I can’t make ANY purchases.
