Current Known Issues Updated for Curse of Naxxramas

by - 10 years ago

As with the launch of anything that’s shiny and new, there will always be a couple (or more) bugs that sneak in. Curse of Naxxramas is no different. Players in the community have been flocking to the forums to report their findings and issues and Blizzard has been eagerly listening and collecting them up. Here is the list of what’s currently known to be an issue after yesterday’s new patch. I’m sure the list will continue to be updated as this week progresses, so keep an eye on this forum post for any additions.

Hey everyone!Below you will find the Known Issues list for. Please do not report bugs that you see on this list, as we already know about them, and help out other players reporting bugs by referring them to this list.

As a reminder, this list will not list every bug that is active and occurring in Hearthstone. What it is listing are a select few issues — chosen due to severity/impact — that are active and confirmed as bugs by Quality Assurance with verifiable steps and an expected fix. Just because a bug is not on this list does not mean we don’t know about it! In addition, potential exploits and the like will never be listed here.

Please note that documented bugs may not always be fixed in the order in which they were reported. In some cases, we may not have a timeline for a when a bug will be fixed and some bugs may not be able to be fixed at all. If we are able to verify that a documented bug cannot be fixed, it will be removed from this list.

Thank you for your continued reports, and enjoy Hearthstone!!!

Known Issues:

  • Entering the client following the season roll can give you a pop up displaying “NO RECORD FOUND”.
  • Alarm-O-Bot re-enters your hand from off screen when activating
  • The “End Turn” button can appear to have issues if a card is played as the turn timer fuse burns out.
  • Adding a player you have just played to your friends list can cause their name to appear multiple times.
  • Minions can have their positions swapped while attempting to play another minion or when a minion’s effect brings another minion into play.
  • Nozdormu can give an extended amount of time under certain conditions.
  • Clicking the flavor text box for a card in the Collection Manager can cause the box to get smaller and smaller.
  • Small visual lines can be seen in some of the buttons on the UI (Cancel button in queue as well as the buttons in the Collection Manager
  • Kife Juggler can hit minions that have taken fatal damage
  • The Rogue Class Challenge deck has an extra card.
  • Eaglehorn Bow is not offering the proper amount of dust for being disenchanted
  • Naming a deck after one of the Naxxramas bosses will cause visual issues

These issues are currently being looked into. Updates will be given through patch notes or the issue being removed here. Thanks everyone!
