Fireside Chat: What are your Adventure Mode thoughts?

by - 10 years ago

Announced yesterday at PAX East, the Curse of Naxxramas adventure mode will be introducing 30 new cards to our collections and providing us with new multi-boss filled wings to tackle. Now, of course with the announcement of a new feature, there will always be questions and speculation to provide us hours of debate and discussion and this announcement has proven to be no different. How much will each wing cost? What will the addition of 30 cards do the the current meta? When exactly will we be entering the necropolis? The list could go on and on!

What I’m interested in today is finding out how you feel about this new mode of game play? Is it something else you’ll feel obligated to grind out? Are you worried about having enough gold to access all of the content you wish to play? Or, are you like me and simply can’t wait to eat up this new content and see what exciting shifts the Meta takes? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below or on twitter @BlizzPro or @HearthProShow.

Love it. Love this idea so much. And I am excited about the additional 30 cards this will add to the game.

I’m more interested in revisiting Naxxramas, honestly. Still one of my favorite zones ever.

I can’t wait tbh. It’s a much needed addition to the game, as more and more people are becoming aggitated by the state of the ladder-myself included. Plus the new cards will be an absolute godsend which will definately shift the meta as it will open the door to completely new ideas/decks in constructed. Sooner the better imo

I love how varied the answers here are already. Shows that they’re doing something right with this that it can appeal to so many different sweet spots. I’m really looking forward to how difficult the A.I. will be and surmounting those challenges. More puzzles!
